Regaining with hc

Hello everyone,

almost a year ago I decided to put an end to all of this and just lose weight and I lost 27kg. Suits my lifestyle as well.

Every now and then there are opportunities.

I got roughly 6 to 8 weeks of being rather undisturbed ahead before I go on vacation.

Now, how did I lose weight?
- Intermittent fasting
- Cutting back the sugary stuff and portions.

Simple as that.

So my first thought was:
Cut that fasting at work and add a breakfast and add 200ml of HC to each.
Then go from work to studying and add another 200ml of HC, if my stomach can handle it. Then of course little late night something at home.

Adding a meal and 400 - 600ml HC will probably nearly double my calorie intake over the course of 6 to 8 weeks.

What are your experiences with regaining, especially with HC over a prolonged time frame?

I‘m hoping, HC will pull back the slingshot with delayed gains, totally screwing remorseful future me over.

Gaining is no fun without overshooting goals after all.
